Who We Are

devendavis.com is the personal website of Deven Davis. This policy explains what information the site collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. It also covers the Longevity Coach, a personal software application operated by Deven Davis that connects to health services such as the Oura API. Questions go to deven@devendavis.com.

What We Collect

When you subscribe, take the quiz, download a resource, or buy a product, we collect your name and email address through our email platform (Kit). When you purchase, payment is processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers. When you use the contact form, we receive the message you send. We also use standard analytics and advertising tools (Google Analytics, and advertising pixels from Meta and TikTok) that collect usage data such as pages visited, device type, and approximate location via cookies.

How We Use It

We use your information to deliver the products and content you asked for, send emails you signed up for (every email includes an unsubscribe link that works immediately), improve the site, and measure advertising. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers named in this policy, who process it on our behalf.

The Longevity Coach and Oura Data

The Longevity Coach is a personal-use application built and operated by Deven Davis. It connects to the Oura API to read health and wellness data: sleep, readiness, activity, heart rate, SpO2, and related metrics. Access is granted only through Oura's OAuth consent flow, and only for the account holder who explicitly authorizes it.

Health data accessed through the Oura API is processed locally on the account holder's own device. It is never sold, never shared with third parties, never used for advertising or marketing, and never combined with the analytics or advertising tools described above. Access tokens are stored locally with restricted file permissions. You can revoke the application's access at any time from your Oura account at cloud.ouraring.com, which immediately cuts off all data access. Upon revocation or request, stored tokens and retrieved data are deleted. This application is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Ōura Health Oy.

Cookies

The site uses cookies for analytics and advertising measurement. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site works without them.

Service Providers

We rely on a small set of processors: Vercel (hosting), Kit (email), Stripe (payments), Google Analytics (analytics), and Meta and TikTok (advertising measurement). Each receives only the data it needs to do its job and handles it under its own privacy policy.

Retention and Your Rights

We keep subscriber and customer records for as long as needed to provide what you signed up for. You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing deven@devendavis.com. We respond within 30 days.

Children

This site and the Longevity Coach are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version is posted here with a revised date. Material changes to how health data is handled will be reflected in the Longevity Coach section above before they take effect.
